摘　　要：对工程设计业知识进行分类,分析缺口产生的原因并将其分为内部知识缺口和外部知识缺口,从知识供给和知识需求的视角,结合VENN图对知识缺口进行识别并对缺口大小实行等级评估,最后通过内、外知识缺口大小的比较提出相应的知识管理战略。Classify the knowledge of the engineering design industry. Analyze the causes of gaps and divide them into internal and external knowledge gaps. From the perspective of knowledge supply and knowledge demand, with VENN diagram, make knowledge gap analysis and risk assessment of the gap size. Finally, comparison of the size of internal and external knowledge gap is made and corresponding knowledge management strategies are proposed.
