摘 要:探讨纤维素酶处理对麦草化机浆纤维形态、强度、后续漂白浆白度和白度稳定性的影响。实验结果表明:纤维素酶的最佳处理条件为温度60℃,酶用量6IU·g-1绝干浆,pH值5.0~6.0。在此条件下处理的浆料与未处理浆相比,纤维的细小纤维含量下降,纤维的平均长度﹑扭结指数和卷曲指数增加。纸张的撕裂指数、抗张指数和耐破指数分别增加7.59%、3.99%和9.35%。后续漂白浆白度提高5.5%ISO,返黄值下降19.1%。Effects of cellulose treatment on fiber morphologies and strength properties as well as brightness and brightness stability of wheat straw chemi-mechanical pulp was discussed.The results showed that,the optimal treatment conditions were temperature 60℃,cellulase dosage 6 IU·g -1 and pH value 5.0~6.0.Compared with the untreated pulp by cellulase,the fines content of the pulp treated by cellulase decreased,and the length,kink index and curl index of the pretreated fiber increased.Tearing index, tensile index and burst index of the treated pulp were increased respectively by 7.59%,3.99%and 9.35%.e brightness of pulp subsequently bleached increased by 5.5% ISO and PC value decreased by 19.1%.
