摘　　要：采用造血祖细胞体外培养技术,研究阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿(PNH)患者骨髓多向祖细胞(CFU-Mix)的增殖能力;骨髓细胞经酸化AB血清处理后CFU-Mix的增殖能力.发现PNH患者骨髓CFU-Mix的集落数明显低于正常;骨髓细胞经新鲜酸化AB血清处理后培养的CFU-Mix集落数,明显低于经热酸化AB血清处理后培养的集落数.The hematopoietic progenitor culture method was used to investigate the proliferative capacity of pluripotential progenitors (CFU-Mix)and that of CFU-Mix in marrow cells exposed to acidified fresh human AB serum in patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH). It was found that the number of CFU-Mix of marrow cells in patients with PNH was much less than that of marrow cells from normal,and that the number of CFU-Mix of marrow cells exposed to acidified fresh human AB serum was much lower that exposed to acidified heat inactivated human AB serum in PNH.
