全氟丙烷玻璃体腔注射联合激光光凝治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离38例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨全氟丙烷(C31F8)玻璃体腔注射联合激光光凝治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离的成功率及并发症。方法高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离患者38例38只眼,12例12只眼单行C3F8眼内填充,未作激光光凝治疗;26例26只眼在C3F8眼内填充术后作黄斑裂孔缘激光光凝。术后均作6个月以上的随访(平均随访时间12.6个月)。结果非光凝组7只眼复发,占58.3%,术后矫正视力0.1以上视力8只眼,占66.7%;光凝组2只眼复发,占7.7%,术后有17只眼视力在0.1以上,占65.4%。两组黄斑裂孔复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025<0.05),视网膜脱离复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0479<0.05)。两组患者术后视力无显著差异。结论 C3F8玻璃体腔注射联合激光光凝治疗可提高高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离的手术成功率。Objective Discusses the entire prnpyl fluoride （C3F8） the vitreous chamber injection union laser light to congeal the treatment highly nearsightedness yellow spot hiatus detachment of retina success ratio and the complication. Methods The method nearsightedness yellow spot hiatus detachment of retinapatient 38 cases（38 eyes） , 12 cases（ 12 eyes） single line C3F8 in traocular packing, has not made the laser light to congeal highly the treatment;26 cases（26 eyes） after C3F8 intraocular packing technique makes the yellow spot crack peritreme laser light to congeal. After the surgery, makes 6 month above revisits （ average revisit time 12.6 months）. Results The result non -light congeals the group 7 eye recrudescences,aecounts for 58.3% ,after the surgery,corrects defcots of vision 0. 1 above the vision 8 eyes,accounts for 66. 7% ;The light congeals the group 2 eye recrudescences,aceounts for 7. 7% ,after thesurgery,has 17 eye vision above 0. 1 ,accounts for 65.4%. Statistics cases two group of yellow spot hiatus recurrence rate probability （ P =0. 025 〈0. 05 ） ,detachment of retina recurrence rate probability （P = 0. 0479 〈0. 05 ）. Two group of patient smgery back sight strength not remarkable difference. Condusiou C3F8 vitreous chamber injection union laser light congeals the treatment to be possible to raise highly the shunsighted yellow spot hiatus detachment of retina surgery success ratio.
