摘 要:在分析城市轨道交通车辆载客量对列车空调负荷影响基础上,根据城市轨道交通车辆空调负荷特点及设计要求,运用BIN参数法的形式处理相关数据,借鉴当前国内外制冷空调机组的能效指标和部分负荷评价方法,提出了城市轨道交通车辆空调机组部分负荷特性评价指标的计算方法。根据该方法,计算上海轨道交通某条线路的综合部分负荷性能系数及不同空调机组的节能量,对比分析了车辆空调机组采用不同制冷压缩机的节能量。The evaluation for air-conditioning units load for urban rail transit vehicle is closely related to the energy consumption. But the energy efficiency indicators and the methodology of evaluation for partial load which is based on air-conditioning units for buildings (SEER, IPLV, and so on), can not reflect this relation. In this paper, based on the analysis of passenger rate influence, the characteristics of the load of air-conditioning units for urban rail transit and the design requirement, the BIN method is used to deal with the relevant data, then a new methodology of evaluation for the partial load of air-conditioning units of urban rail transit is proposed, by referring to the current energy efficiency indicators and methodology of evaluation for partial load at home and abroad. The new method is testified with the energy saving amount of different refrigeration compressors that used in the air-conditioning units for Shanghai rail transportation.
