摘  要:预防性维修间隔期的确定是对装备进行预防性维修的关键环节。采用基于总费用最小原则和可用度最大原则的传统数学模型,分别计算预防性维修间隔期,运用模糊决策的原理和方法进一步求解,从而确定最佳预防性维修间隔期。以新型自行高炮随动系统某部件为例,求解其预防性维修间隔期,并利用MATLAB编程语言得到相应曲线,对比计算结果后发现,基于模糊决策的预防性维修间隔期评判方法效果显著。Determination of preventive maintenance interval is the key of preventive maintenance.Principle of minimum cost and maximal availability are used respectively to calculate the interval.Optimum preventive maintenance interval is calculated by fuzzy decision-making method.Take a follow-up system's component of a new type self-propelled antiaircraft artillery as example,its preventive maintenance interval is calculated.Curves which correspond to the result are gained by means of MATLAB.Comparing the result shows that the fuzzy decision-making method is effective in the process of making decision for preventive maintenance interval.
