摘　　要：手性药物的外消旋体拆分技术是医药领域研究的重点和热点。本文阐述了传统的手性拆分化技术,对其优缺点进行了比较,并对酶法拆分技术、生物膜拆分技术、萃取拆分技术等前沿拆分技术做了详细介绍,另外还对手性拆分技术的应用前景和发展趋势进行了预测。The racemic body separation technology on the chiral is the pharmaceutical research hotspot and focas. This paper expounded the traditional chiral separation technology and meanwhile their advantages and disadvantages was compared. Also made a detailed introduction on the frontier separation technology for instance the enzymatic membrane separation technique, the biomembrane technology, extraction separation technology and so on. In addition the split technology application prospects and development trend also was predicted.
