LEEP刀联合爱宝疗液治疗宫颈病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨LEEP刀及LEEP刀联合爱宝疗液治疗宫颈病变的临床疗效。方法选择在我院就诊的320例宫颈病变的患者，160例行LEEP刀联合爱宝疗液治疗（治疗组），160例行单纯LEEP刀治疗（对照组），并进行疗效分析。结果两组之间疗效率比较差异无统计学意义，但两组之间并发症比较差异有统计学意义。结论LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变可靠、安全、治愈率高，且与爱宝疗液联合应用并发症明显减少。Objective To investigate the effects of LEEP and LEEP combined with policresulen solution in the treatment of cervical diseases. Methods Three hundred and twenty patients who were diagnosised by cervical diseases in our hospital were choosed, 160 cases only used the LEEP to treat（control group）, 160 cases used the LEEP combined with policresulen solution to treat（treatment group）. The effects of treatment were analyzed between the two groups. Results There was no difference between the two groups in efficacy, but there were significant differences in the complication occurrence. Conclusions LEEP is a safe and effective method in treatment of cervical diseases. LEEP combined with policresulen solution can reduce the complication.
