大肠癌组织中Livin表达的临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测Livin在人大肠癌组织中的表达并分析其临床意义。方法收集45例大肠癌组织和22例正常大肠组织,用免疫组织化学方法和RT-PCR检测Livin的蛋白及mRNA表达情况。结果大肠癌组织中Livin的表达率高于正常大肠组织(P<0.01),Livin的阳性表达率与肿瘤的病理分化程度密切相关(P<0.05)。结论 Livin可能成为大肠癌临床诊断、判断疗效及监测预后的可靠指标。Objective To detect the expression of Livin in human colorectal carcinoma and to evaluate its clinical significance.Methods The expression of Livin protein and mRNA were detected by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR in the tissues of 45 colorectal carcinomas and 22 normal colon.Results The expression of Livin protein and mRNA in the tissues of colorectal carcinomas were more than in the tissues of normal colon（P0.01）,Livin was closely correlated with histological differentiation grade（P0.05）.Conclusion Livin may be considered as reliable markers in clinical diagnosis and the prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
