摘  要:目的比较番茄汁与单体番茄红素的促排镉作用及其机制。方法小鼠饲喂CdCl2、番茄红素或不同浓度番茄汁,4周后处死,测定肝、肾镉含量,测血清尿素氮(BUN)及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的含量,测定血、肝、肾超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)的含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力。结果与染镉组相比,番茄红素、番茄汁可促进肝、肾镉的排出,降低BUN、ALT的含量,降低血、肝、肾MDA的含量,使SOD、GSH-PX的活力恢复。以上各指标中,番茄汁随着浓度增大作用加强,低剂量组的作用比番茄红素组差,中剂量组与番茄红素组相比差别不明显,高剂量组的作用比番茄红素组强。结论番茄汁对镉中毒小鼠肝、肾损伤的保护作用强于番茄红素,可能与番茄红素与其它植物化学物质发挥协同作用有关。Objective To observe the different effects of tomato juice and lycopene on antioxidation in mice poisoned by cadmium(Cd.) Methods The mice were given Cd and different concentration of tomato juice.After 4 weeks,the Cd levels of liver and kidney,the activity of alanine aminotranferase(ALT) and the content of urea-nitrogen(BUN) in serum were measured.The activitives of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),as well as the content of malony diadehyde(MDA) in serum,liver and kidney were measured respectively. Results The activitives of antioxidative enzymes in given Cd group were reduced.Compared with given Cd group,the Cd levels of liver and kidney,the levels of ALT and BUN in serum,the contents of MDA in serum,liver and kidney in tomato juice group were decreased and the activitives of SOD and GSH-Px were increased with the dose-effect dependent relationship.The effects of low dose group were weaker than those of lycopene group but there was no difference between the middle dose group and the lycopene group.The effect of high dose group was stronger than that of the lycopene group.Conclusion Tomato juice has more protective effect on the damage of liver and kidney in mice poisoned by Cd than that of lycopene,which is not only related to lycopene but other phytochemicals which have synergistical interection with lycopene.
