翼状胬肉撕离联合角膜缘干细胞移植的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨翼状胬肉头部撕离联合角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法对48例翼状胬肉下方带蒂角膜缘上皮移植手术进行回顾，观察翼状胬肉术后复发情况。结果随访时间最长者12月，最短者1月，无1例复发。结论下方带蒂角膜缘上皮移植较完全游离上皮移植片，具有血供好，易成活，正反面不易错，易固定，术后充血水肿轻，拆线时间缩短。Objective To investigate the effect of pterygium head excised by simple excision or tearing combined with corneo-conjanctival autograft transplantation. Methods Reviewof 48 cases of pterygium treaUnented by limbal epithelial autograft from below with connectivetissue transplantation, observe eration the recurdescence of after operation. Results The time of following up was 1-12 months. No recrudescence. Conclusion The method of limbal epithelial autograft from below with connectivetissne transportation has advantages as follows：the slice which autograted drifting has enough supplyment of blood, surviving easily and its cover and back can be fixed easily not to be roll back.
