摘　　要：目的:通过分析资料掌握镇海区恶性肿瘤的死亡情况和减寿情况。方法:分析2009年《浙江省慢性病监测信息管理系统》中恶性肿瘤死亡卡片,与前两年监测结果相比较。结果:恶性肿瘤的总死亡率呈逐年上升趋势,其中以肺癌、肝癌和乳腺癌上升更为明显;潜在寿命损失呈逐年上升的趋势;去死因期望寿命变化不大。结论:镇海区恶性肿瘤是最主要的死亡原因,其综合防治工作形势严峻。Objective To explore the mortality of malignant tumor and reduction of life span in Zhenhai district by analyzing the data.Methods The malignant tumor report cards from the Information Management System of Chronic Diseases of Zhejiang Province in 2009 were analyzed and compared with the data of the previous two years.Results Lung cancer,liver cancer and breast cancer were the major types whose mortalities increased quickly.YPLL was higher and the life expectancy was steady.Conclusion Malignant tumors are the main causes of death in Zhenhai district.It is urgent that malignant tumors be prevented and controlled.
