高频电刀与常规手术治疗牙龈瘤的疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的:对比高频电刀与常规手术治疗牙龈瘤的临床疗效。方法:选择牙龈瘤患者40例,随机分成两组,实验组用高频电刀治疗牙龈瘤,对照组常规单纯手术切除牙龈瘤,记录两种方法的手术时间以及随访1年牙龈瘤复发的情况。结果:实验组的手术时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01):随访1年,实验组的复发率低,实验组与对照组的复发率比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:高频电刀治疗牙龈瘤疗效好,值得临床推广运用。Objective： To compare the clinical effect of high frequency electrosurgical unit and common operation two kinds of treatments used in paradentoma. Methods：40 cases with paradentoma were divided into two groups at random. The cases of experimental group treated the paradentoma with the high frequency electrosurgical unit and the cases of control group with common operation. After operation, the time of operation was recorded. And the relapse rate of paradentoma was recorded 1 year later. Results：The time of operation in experimental group was less than that in control group（P〈0.01）;1 year after placement, the relapse rate in experimental group was lower. There was significantly difference of the relapse rate between the experimental group and the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：High frequency electrosurgical unit is an ideal choice to treat the paradentoma. It worth extending for its clinical application.
