奥拉西坦治疗血管性痴呆80例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察奥拉西坦治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:选择160例血管性痴呆患者,随机分成两组,治疗组(奥拉西坦组)80例,给予奥拉西坦0.8g,3次/日;对照组(脑复康组)给予脑复康0.8g,3次/日,两组疗程均为3个月。所有患者均在治疗前和治疗后分别应用MMSE测评其疗效。对两组患者治疗前后MMSE评分变化采用t检验进行分析。结果:奥拉西坦组患者MMSE评分改变显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥拉西坦可以有效治疗血管性痴呆。Objective：To observe the effect of oxiracetam on treatment of Vascular Dementia. Methods： 160 cases of patient were divided randomly into two groups, patients in trial group were treated with oxiracetam 0.Sg rid each for 3 months and patients in control group were treated with piracetam 0.8g rid each for 3 month,MMSE score was measured before treatment and after three months respectively for each patient,The difference of MMSE changes were statistically tested with t test.Results：MMSE score in oxiracetam group changed more than piracetam group and the difference between two group is statistically significant.Conclusions：Oxiracetam has good effect in treating Vascular Dementia.
