埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗Hp阳性十二指肠球溃疡临床对比研究的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:系统评价埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗十二指肠球部溃疡(DU)的疗效及安全性。方法:搜集公开发表的有关埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑对比治疗DU的随机对照临床试验,运用RevMan软件对符合条件的所有结果进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入8个随机对照试验。Meta分析结果显示,使用埃索美拉唑的治疗组与使用奥美拉唑的对照组相比,溃疡愈合情况:[RR=1.79,95%CI(1.14,2.80)],Hp根除情况[RR=1.48,95%CI(0.96,2.28)]。部分文献报道与埃索美拉唑和奥美拉唑临床应用相关的不良反应。结论:埃索美拉唑较奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性DU,有较好的缓解症状,溃疡愈合和Hp根除效果,可获得满意的临床疗效。Objective： To systeraatically evaluate the therapeutic effect and safe of esomeprazole and omeprazole against duodenal bulb ulcer. Methods：Collect published randomized controlled clinical trials which related with esomeprazole compared with omeprazole treatment of duodenal bulb ulcer, using RevMan sofware analyze all of legible results with Meta method. Results：Ultimately internalize 8 randomized controlled trials. Meta method analysis showed that the use of esomeprazole trealment group compared with the omeprazole control group, ulcer healing： [RR = 1.79, 95% CI （ 1.14, 2.80）], Hp eradication [ RR = 1.48,95% CI （0.96,2.28）]. Some literature reported the adverse reactions related esomeprazole and omeprazole clinical application. Conclusions： It has a good effective about symptom relief, ulcer healing and Hp eradication therapy that Esomeprazole compared with omeprazole against helicobacterpulori positive duodenal bulb ulcer and can obtain a good clinical efficacy.
