阿司匹林预防老年人大肠腺瘤复发的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察口服阿司匹林预防老年人大肠腺瘤复发的确切性。方法:对50例年龄在60～80岁之间的大肠腺瘤老年患者经内镜摘除后予口服阿司匹林100mg/d(观察组),另设对照组50例进行比较,1年后复查结肠镜,了解腺瘤的复发情况。结果:1年后对照组50例中39(79.6%)例大肠腺瘤复发,观察组中有21(43.8%)例复发,两组复发率有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:服用阿司匹林对预防老年人大肠腺瘤的复发是安全有效的。Objective： To observe the effect of aspirin on the prevention of recurrence of colorectal adenomas in the elderly. Methods： A total of 50 patients aged 60 - 80 years old, with colorectal adenomas took aspirin 100rag per day after their adenomas resected endoscopely, while other 50 patients were not given aspirin as control after their adenomas resected endoscopely. After one year, all the 100 patients were done colonoscopy again to know the recurrence of adenomas. Resnlts：Totally 39 patients （78.0%） in control group got new adenomas,while only 21 （42.0%）in the aspirin group got new adenomas.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conelusion：Aspirin can prevent the recurrence of colorectal adenomas in the elderly.
