早期外伤性精神障碍与额眶回损伤的临床初步分析

摘　　要：目的探讨早期外伤性精神障碍与额眶回损伤的相关性临床研究。方法回顾性总结2001年8月~2009年10月中86例早期外伤性精神障碍患者,随访3-24个月,并进行统计分析。结果早期外伤性精神障碍患者中,人格障碍与颅脑损伤致额眶回损伤存在相关性。结论在颅脑损伤致额眶回损伤的病人,早期均有不同程度精神障碍,建议对该类病人早期进行干预性治疗。Objective To investigate the correlation between early traumatic mental disorders and injury of frontal orbitofrontal.Methods The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively and conclused in 86 patients with early traumatic mental disorders between August 2001 and October 2009.The time of followup ranged from 3-24 months.Results Personality disorder was related with injury of frontal orbitofrontal caused by craniocerebral trauma in the patients with traumatic mental disorders.Conclusion Patients with injury of frontal orbitofrontal caused by craniocerebral trauma have the varying degrees of personality disorder at early stage,and intervention treatment is proposed to these patients early time.
