我院青光眼住院病人5年构成及视力损害分析  

Proporation and Visual Impairment of Patients with Glaucoma in the Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in Norih China

摘　　要：目的：回顾性分析我院青光眼的住院病人5年构成和视力损害情况。方法：分别对2005~2009年内蒙古自治区医院眼科住院患者中不同类型青光眼的构成及视力损害情况分析,并进行统计学处理。结果：568例患者中,原发性青光眼469例（82.57%）,继发性青光眼76例（13.38%）,先天性青光眼8例（1.41%）,不确定15例（2.64%）。原发性青光眼中,急性闭角型青光眼250例（53.3%）,慢性闭角型青光眼175例（37.3%）,开角型青光眼44例（9.4%）。原发性青光眼中双眼盲发生率7.9%（37/469）,其中急性闭角型青光眼、慢性闭角型青光眼、原发性开角型青光眼致盲分别占35.1%（13/37）、54.1%（20/37）、10.8%（4/37）;低视力发生率16.8%（79/469）,其中急性闭角型青光眼、慢性闭角型青光眼和原发性开角型青光眼致盲率分别是46.8%（37/79）、30.4%（24/79）和8.9%（7/79）。结论：原发性闭角型青光眼是我院住院青光眼患者中的主要类型,而住院闭角型青光眼中,急性闭角型青光眼居多且视力损害重,如能加强和规范急性闭角型青光眼的早期防治和急诊处理,可大幅度降低青光眼的致盲率。Objective：To investigate the proporation and visual impairment of subtypes of glaucoma（primary angle-closure glaucoma、primary open angle glaucoma、secondary glaucoma、congenital glaucoma）in the hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in Norih China.Methods： 568 files of glaucoma patients from the hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region who admitted from January 1st,2004-December 31st,2009 were reviewed.Glaucoma was defined as the recommendation of chinese Glaucoma Association in 1987.Restllts： of the 568 cases.The proponion of primary glaucoma、secondary glaucoma and congenital glaucoma were 82.57%（469/568）、13.38%（76/568）and 1.41%（8/568）,2.64%（15/568）respectively.The proporation of acute angle-closure glaucoma、chronic angle-closure glaucoma and open angle glaucoma was 53.3%、37.3%,and 9.4%,respectively.The rate of blindness of primary glaucoma was 7.9%（37/469）,and AACG,CACG,and POAG were 35.1%（13/37）、54.1%（20/37）、10.8%（4/37）,respectively.The rate of low vision in primary glucoma was 16.8%（79/469）.And the ratio of blindness caused by AACG,CACG,and POAG were 46.8%（37/79）、30.4%（24/79） and 8.9%（7/79）,respectively.Conclusions： Primary angle-closure glaucoma is still the major type of glaucoma in hospitalized patients.Acute angle-closure glaucoma is more prevalent and severe in visual impairment than any other types of glaucoma.
