同步Ⅵ区淋巴结清扫术治疗CN0期甲状腺微小乳头状癌58例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨CN0期甲状腺微小乳头状癌预防性Ⅵ区淋巴结清扫术的价值。方法:对58例CN0期甲状腺微小癌作回顾性分析。结果:58例患者均行患侧腺叶加峡部切除、对侧甲状腺次全切除术,同时行患侧Ⅵ区淋巴结清扫术;5例行全甲状腺切除,双侧Ⅵ区淋巴结清扫术;22例见淋巴结转移(37.93%),并发症发生率为10.34%,但总体轻微。结论:甲状腺微小乳头癌Ⅵ区淋巴结转移率高,预防性行Ⅵ区淋巴结清扫是必要的。Objective：To evaluate the value of region Ⅵ lymphnodes in surgical treatment of CN0 papillary thyroid microcarcinoma（PTMC）.Methods：58 cases of PTMC with CN0 were retrospective reviewed.Results：Of the 58 cases,50 patients underwent lobectomy and ipsilateral region Ⅵ lymphnodes disection and the great mass of contralateral lobectomy;while 5 patients received total thyroideectomy with bilateral region Ⅵ lymphnodes excision.The total rates of region Ⅵ lymphnodes metastasis was 37.93%.The occurrence rates complication was 10.34%.In general,they are slight.Conclusion：Metastasis in region Ⅵ lymphnodes are relatively common,it＇s necessary to perform prophylactic region Ⅵ lymphnodes dissection.
