摘　　要：目的评估美施康定片对重度癌痛的疗效、不良反应。方法３０例（男性１８例，女性１２例；年龄 ５２±１３ａ）应用美施康定片 ３０～１２０ｍｇ，ｑ１２ｈ， Ｐｏ，治疗３天以上。结果美施康定镇痛显效率为 ９３． １％，维持时间为１２小时，不良反应轻且常见。结论研究结果显示每１２小时服用１次美施康定片可满意控制慢性重度癌性疼痛，美施康定片是高效和安全的镇痛剂。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of MS Contin in the treatment of severe pain of cancer. Methods 30 patients (M 18, F 12; age 52±13a)were treated with MS Contin tablets given 30 ~ 120 mg , q12h, po,for over 3 days.Results The effective rate was 93. 1% .The effective time was 12hs. Adverse reactions were all and common. Conclusions The results demonstrated that chronic severe pain of cancer can be well controlled with a regular regimenof MS Contin given every 12hs. MS Contin tablets are highly effective and safe analgesic.
