牙周基础治疗对2型糖尿病患者血清及龈沟液白介素6含量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨牙周基础治疗对2型糖尿病患者血清及龈沟液白介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)含量的影响。方法通过酶联免疫吸附试验,检测正常健康者、牙周健康2型糖尿病患者和伴牙周炎2型糖尿病患者血清及龈沟液中IL-6含量。结果牙周基础治疗前后2型糖尿病患者血清及龈沟液IL-6含量有明显差异(P<0.001)。结论研究结果提示龈沟液IL-6可作为牙周炎患者治疗和预后因子。Objective To investigate the effect of interleukin-6（IL-6） content in serum and gingival crevicular fluid in patients with Type 2 diabetes during basal periodontal treatment.Methods The IL-6 content of gingival crevicular fluid in healthy passions,periodontal patients without diabetes and patients with Type 2 diabetes were monitored by ELISA assay.Results There was significant difference（P 0.001） in The IL-6 content of gingival crevicular fluid in patients with Type 2 diabetes before and after basal periodontal treatment.Conclusion These results suggest that（IL-6） content in gingival crevicular fluid may be a factor for the treatment and prognosis of the patients with periodontal disease.
