摘 要:目的探讨针对糖尿病患者的有效健康教育方法。方法采用自身对照研究,对40例糖尿病患者应用看图对话工具进行小组式健康教育,比较患者在健康教育前和健康教育后4个月糖尿病相关知识的掌握程度以及3项血糖指标的变化。结果健康教育后,40例糖尿病患者的糖尿病基本知识掌握达标率比健康教育前提高了23~28个百分点,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康教育后,静脉血浆空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白全部达标的患者由健康教育前的0升到22%。结论应用糖尿病看图对话工具开展糖尿病患者健康教育,有利于患者更好地接受糖尿病健康知识,加强自我管理意识,防止和延缓并发症的发生。Objective To discuss an effective health education method for patients with diabetes.Methods A self-control study was carried out among 40 patients with the application of Diabetic Picture.Patients' knowledge about diabetes and the change of three indexes of their blood glucose were compared before and 4 months after the education.Results After the education,patients knew more about diabetes,which was statistically significant(P0.05).22% of the patients reached standard level for their fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin.Conclusion With the application of Diabetic Picture,patients know more and better about diabetes,which benefits for their self-management,the prevention and delay of complications.
