摘　　要：总结了生物技术专业近年来在实践教学改革方面的探索和实践,通过改革生物技术专业课程结构,尝试新型的实验实训教学内容和方法,改善实验实训教学条件,加强实验室和实践基地建设以优化创新环境,提高学生在学习中的主体地位,增强学生对生物技术专业知识的综合理解和实际应用能力,培养具有创新创业能力的高素质应用型人才。Explore and practice in the innovative experimental teaching system of biotechnology speciality were summarized in this paper.New experimental teaching contents and methods are tried to test through optimizing the course structure and enhancing construction of labs plus practice teaching bases.Students＇ comprehensive understanding of knowledge and integration use in biotechnology expertise of professionals are strengthened,and the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of high quality talents in the complicated environment is improved in the application-style universities.
