抑癌基因p16在前列腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨ｐ１６ 蛋白表达与前列腺癌发生、发展和转移的关系。方法　采用ＳＰ 免疫组化方法检测４２ 例前列腺癌石蜡标本中ｐ１６ 蛋白的表达情况。结果　４２ 例前列腺癌石蜡组织检出ｐ１６ 蛋白阳性２８ 例（６６－６７ ％ ） ，结合ｐ１６ 阳性表达率和阳性强度与病理组织学分级、临床分期和转移情况进行比较分析，发现随恶性程度、期别的升高和转移的出现，ｐ１６ 表达明显减少，阳性强度减弱，差异具有统计学意义（ Ｐ＜ ０－０５） 。结论　ｐ１６ 蛋白的缺失和表达水平的改变与前列腺癌的发生、发展和转移有关，可能是前列腺癌预后判断的重要指标之一。Objective\ To investige the incidence of p16 gene in prostatic carcinoma and its relationship with genesis development and metastasis with p16 protein expression.Methods\ The expression of p16 protein in 42 patient's prostatic specimens were examined by S-P immunohistological method.Results\ It was found that the p16 protein expression was positive in 28 of the 42 patients(66.7%).The rate of positive expression were markly lower with the occurences of metastasis,the increase of pathologlc grade and the clinical stage (P<0.05).Conclusion\ The p16 protein expression may play an improtant role in prostatic carcinoma,it may be involved in the pathogenesis of prostatic carcinoma and may be one of the improtant marker in estimating the prognosis.
