摘　　要：目的　探讨累及左心房的局部晚期肺癌的诊断和外科治疗方法。方法　采用左心房部分切除加肺切除术治疗局部晚期肺癌３ 例，术后再给予化疗。结果　３ 例术后均恢复良好，术后１ａ 余均无瘤生存。结论　左心房部分切除加肺切除术可能使部分左心房受累的局部晚期肺癌获得治愈。Objective\ To study the methods of diagnosis and surgical treatment for local advanced lung cancer involving left atrium.Methods\ 3 cases with local advanced lung cancer were treated with lobectomy or pneumonectomy combined with partial resection of left atrium and postoperative chemotherapy.Results\ All three patients were recovered well after operation and have survived for more than 1 year without diseases.Conclusion\ Lobectomy or pneumonectomy combined with partial resection of left atrium may cure some patients with local advanced lung cancer involving left atrium.
