帕罗西汀联合双岐三联活菌胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨帕罗西汀联合双岐三联活菌胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效和安全性。方法 80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组给予帕罗西汀和双岐三联活菌胶囊治疗,对照组给予谷维素和双岐三联活菌胶囊治疗,疗程4周,观察治疗前后症状变化。结果观察组有效率为95.00%,对照组有效率为72.50%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);无明显不良反应。结论帕罗西汀联合双岐三联活菌胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect and safety of paroxetine combined with bifidobacteria in treatment of patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods Eighty cases were randomly divided into trial group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）.Patients in trial group were given with paroxetine combined with bifidobacteria,and patients in control group received oryzanol combined with bifidobacteria,the treatment course in both two groups was 4 weeks,then their efficacy was compared with each other.Results The effective rate of trial group was 95.00% and that in control group was 72.50%,the difference between these two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）,and no side effect had been observed.Conclusion The effect of paroxetine combined with bifidobacteria in treatment of patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome is good,and there is no obvious side effect,hence it is worthy to be recommended for clinical practice.
