摘　　要：目的探讨运动疗法对急性白血病患者化疗后疲劳的影响。方法将120例急性白血病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用运动疗法干预措施,对照组不采用干预措施。结果实验组疲劳程度及骨髓抑制程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动疗法可降低急性白血病患者化疗后疲劳的程度。Objective To explore the effects of exercise on fatigue of patients with acute leukemia（AL）.Methods 120 patients with AL were randomized into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given exercise intervention and control group given no instructions regarding to exercise intervention.Results The level of fatigue and bone marrow suppression of experimental group were lower than that in the control group.There were statistical differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Exercise treatment can decrease AL patients′ fatigue level after chemotherapy.
