依达拉奉在急性脑卒中治疗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对照观察依达拉奉治疗急性脑卒中的疗效。方法:将60例急性(发病48小时以内的)脑卒中(脑梗死、脑出血)患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予依达拉奉30mg加入生理盐水100ml静滴,2次/d,对照组不用依达拉奉,其余的常规治疗两组相同,疗程为2周。结果:治疗14天后,治疗组神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);且两组日常生活活动能力评分(ADL)比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:依达拉奉能有效改善急性脑卒中患者的神经功能缺损程度,促进神经功能康复。Summary： The purpose check against observation according to reach to pull to receive to cure the curative effect in the impatient brain soldier.The method is random divided into the sufferer in 60 acute（be taken bad for 48 hours in of） brain soldiers（the brain Geng dead, apoplexy） treatment set and matched control, give in treatment set the foundation that cure in the normal regulations depend on reach to pull to receive a 30 nags to join 100 ml in physiolog）T brine quiet drop, 2 timcsld, matched control need not depend on reach to pull to receive, rest of the norreal regulations cure two sets of homology, treatment is 2 weeks.As a result cure after 14 days, the treatment set the nerve function defection and damage grade point is more obviously low than to check against to shine on;（P〈0.01）And two sets of daily lifes activity ability the grade point（ADL） show Zhao difference more already.（P〈0.01）Conclusion：depend on to reach to pull to receive the nerve flmction that can effectively improve the sufferer in the ilnpatient brain soldier defection and damage degree, help the nerve function to recover from illness.
