摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱法测定当归养血丸中阿魏酸的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil ODS1 C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17∶83)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长316 nm。结果阿魏酸在0.649 4～6.494μg范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Y=354 596.72X+5 347.81,r=0.999 9。平均加样回收率98.8%,RSD=0.89%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、准确,专属性强,测定结果重复性好,为当归养血丸中阿魏酸的定量分析提供了有效方法。Objective To establish the method for detemining the content of Ferulic acid in Danggui Yangxue Wan by HPLC. Methods HPLC method was adopted on Diamonsil ODS1 C18 column, with acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric solution （17 ： 83） as the mobile phase, detection wavelength as 316 rim, and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear at the range of 0.6494-6.494μg for Ferulic acid and linear equation was Y=354 596.72X＋5 347.81, r =0.999 9. The average recovery was 98.8% and the related standard deviation （RSD） was 0.89% （n =6）. Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and proper, and the reduplication of the result was good. It provides effective method for quantitative analysis of Ferulic acid in Danggui Yangxue Wan.
