摘  要:地方院校如何利用高水平学科平台建设的优势有效地促进教学质量的提高,从而培育高素质的创新人才,是一个迫切需要思考的现实问题。浙江工业大学利用高水平学科平台建设中积累的科研平台优势(人才优势、延伸资源优势、硬件资源等),以高素质创新人才培养为基础,从第一课堂、第二课堂入手丰,富课程教学内容、创新课堂教学方法、改善教学关系,激发大学生成为高素质创新人才的意识与动力,为大学生成长成才提供更多的机会,从而实现科研反哺教学。It is an urgent question to be reflected on for local colleges and universities to improve teaching quality by making use of the advantages of the high-standard discipline platform construction and cultivate high-quality innovative talents.By using accumulated scientific platform advantages(talent advantage,extended resource advantage and hardware advantage) in the high-standard discipline platform construction,Zhejiang University of Technology focuses on cultivating high-quality talents,enriching course teaching contents from the first and second classrooms,innovating teaching methods,bettering teaching relations,stimulating students' awareness and impetus of developing into high-quality talents and providing more opportunities for students' development so as to realize the goal of scientific research feeding teaching.
