摘　　要：高新技术企业投资的高投入和高风险性,要求对投资的风险进行客观准确地评价,以掌握投资的方向和投资风险的大小,为投资决策和风险控制提供决策依据和方法支持。根据高新技术企业投资评价的复杂性和模糊性等特点及投资存在的主要风险,基于灰色聚类法的原理,研究高新技术企业投资风险评价的指标体系及其评价方法,为充分利用已知信息对高新技术企业投资风险进行评价提供借鉴和方法,对于促进高新技术企业创新和发展具有重要意义。The high input and risk characteristics of investment in high-tech enterprises require objective and accurate evaluation of the investment risk so as to grasp the direction of investment and the degree of investment risk and provide decision-making bases and method supports for investment decision-making and risk control. In light of the complexity and ambiguity characteristics of investement evaluation in high-tech enterprises as well as the main investment risks, this paper makes research on the investment risk evaluation index system and evaluation method of high-tech enterprises based on the principle of grey clustering method. This research is aiming at providing references and methods for investment risk evaluation of high-tech enterprises by full use of given information and it is of great significance in promote innovation and development of high-tech enterprises.
