摘 要:老庄哲学包含丰富的养生思想,注重对生命的保养和维护。以"道"为根基,从"道"的自然品性出发,老庄确立了自然而然的养生原则,反对人为的"益生""厚生"之举。生命是形体和精神的统一,形体的保养是养生的基础,而养神又是养生的关键,在形神兼养的基础上,老庄主张以神立形,以德塑形。为了达到形神兼养、以神立形的养生目标,在坚持自然养生原则的基础上,老庄提出了知足长足,以"无"求全和专气致柔的具体养生方法。There are many rich thoughts on maintenance of liie in Laozi and Zhuangzl pmlosophy, Because ot me natural character of "Tao", Laozi and Zhuangzi established natural health principles. They opposed to life deliberately increase or decrease. Life is a physical and mental uniform, so Laozi and Zhuangzi advocate health maintenance should include two aspects of physical and mental. But maintain spirit is more important. Thus, Laozi and Zhuangzi proposed unique and specific health preservation methods, including contentment and reach preservation by nothing and keep the vital force and achieve the highest degree of softness.
