摘　　要：甘薯是贵州省的主要旱地作物之一,但是贵州的甘薯产业存在品种结构单一、产量低、栽培水平不高、加工比例低等问题。提出要全面提升甘薯的产业化发展水平,必须加强优质新品种的选育,研究推广配套栽培技术,建立健全良种繁育体系,促进加工业的发展,推动市场良性循环。Sweet potato is one of the main dry land crops in Guizhou Province,while there are some problems in sweet potato industry such as single variety structure,low yield,low cultivation level and ratio of processing.The countermeasures of improving the development level of industrialization are put forward including strengthening the breeding of high quality new varieties,popularizing the corresponding cultivation techniques,establishing and perfecting the fine variety breeding system,promoting the development of processing industry,and pushing the virtuous circle of market.
