舒血宁联合纳洛酮治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察舒血宁注射液联合纳洛酮注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕的疗效。方法治疗组用舒血宁注射液、纳洛酮注射液静脉滴注7 d;对照组用川芎嗪注射液静脉滴注7 d,两组治疗后经颅多普勒检查平均血流速度变化。结果治疗组在用药后症状、体征、经颅多普勒检查平均血流速度变化均优于对照组,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液联合纳洛酮注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕疗效良好。Objective To study the effect of Shuxuening and Naloxonc injection on the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebro - basilar artery insufficiency. Methods The treatment group was treated with Shuxuening and naloxone intravenously for seven days, while the control group with tetramethylpyrazine for seven days. Blood flow velocity changes of the two groups were examined by transcranial Doppler. Results The symptoms, signs, blood flow velocity changes were improved better in treatment group than that of the control group. The improvement were significandy different between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The combined use of Shuxuening and naloxone injection on the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebro - basilar artery insufficiency can get good result.
