摘　　要：在分析太原市中小企业发展生产性服务业重要性的基础上,借鉴国内外成功经验,从优化中小企业服务业发展环境、积极引导和鼓励制造业和服务业分离、多渠道增加投入等方面提出以发展生产性服务业来助推太原中小企业转型发展的对策建议。In this paper,based on analyzing importance of developing producer services in Taiyuan,the author put forward that promoting transformation development of Taiyuan small-and-medium-sized enterprises through developing producer services from aspects of optimizing development environment of small-and-medium-sized enterprises,actively guiding and encouraging separation of manufacturing industry and service industry,adding investment.
