摘  要:高校师生关系是高等教育中最核心的一对关系,也是高校其他关系衍生的根基,建立和谐师生关系是提升高等教育质量的关键所在。文章在考察高校师生关系的演变历程后,指出现阶段师生关系以博弈为主要特征,主张运用博弈论来分析师生博弈的内涵与特征,并从场域环境、策略引导、博弈符号、纠错救济等角度探讨了构建和谐高校师生关系的路径。Teacher-student relationship in higher educational institutions is the core relationship of higher education,and the foundation of other derived relationships.Therefore,establishing a harmonious teacher-student relationship is the key to improving the quality of higher education.After reviewing the evolution of teacher-student relationship in higher education,this paper points out that gaming is the main feature of current teacher-student relationship,thus it attempts to apply game theory to exploring the connotations and features of teacher-student relationship,and discusses ways to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship in terms of field environment,guiding strategies,game symbols,correction and redress,etc.
