丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗躁狂发作53例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗躁狂发作的疗效和安全性。方法:对53例符合CCMD-3心境障碍躁狂发作诊断标准的患者随机入组,应用丙戊酸镁缓释片(0.25～1.5 g/d)治疗,观察6 w。使用Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表(BRMS)、不良反应量表(TESS)评价疗效和安全性。结果:经丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗后4次BRMS评分均有显著下降,与治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.01)。主要不良反应有胃肠道反应、震颤、心电图及肝功能异常。结论:丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗躁狂发作起效快,安全性高,可作为治疗躁狂发作首选药物。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Magnesium Valproate Sustained Release Tablets in the treatment of manic episodes.Methods：53 patients accord with CCMD-3 diagnostic criteria for mood disorders manic episodes of patients were randomized into groups,they were treatend with Magnesium Valproate Sustained Release Tablets（0.251.5 g/d）for six weeks.To evaluate the efficacy and safety with Bech-Rafaelsen manic rating scale（BRMS） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS）.Results： After treatment 4 times BRMS scores are a significant decline before treatment by Magnesium Valproate Sustained Release Tablets,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.Major adverse reactions is gastrointestinal reaction、tremor and electrocardiogram and abnormal liver function tests.Conclusions： Magnesium Valproate Sustained Release Tablets is effect-acting fast and high safety in treatment of manic episodes,as a first drug in treatment of manic episodes
