论建立中印自由贸易区的对策措施

摘　　要：在全球一体化大潮下,区域经济合作迅速发展并成为推动全球一体化的重要力量。在全球竞争日益激烈的21世纪,中印经济要保持持续快速发展,实现两国迅速崛起,建立中印自由贸易区是其必由之路。依据区域经济合作组织运作的经验和教训,结合中印经济等发展的实际情况,从中印自由贸易区建立的框架协议、时间表、市场准入等六个方面提出对策措施,以期有助于推进中印自由贸易区建立。Under the tide of global integration,regional economic cooperation develops quickly and becomes an important strength to promote global integration.In the 21st century,the global competition is increasingly violent.In order to maintain a sustained and rapid development of economy and realize the rapid rise of China and Idea,establishing the Sino-Indian free trade area is the only way that the two countries must take.Basing on the experiences and lessons of regional economic cooperation and the reality of economic development of China and India,this thesis will put forward strategies from six aspects as building framework agreement of the Sino-Indian free trade area,the timetable,market access and so on to facilitate the establishment of the Sino-Indian free trade area.
