摘　　要：目的探讨老年人外伤性脑梗死的临床特点及治疗方法。方法对25例老年外伤性脑梗死患者的临床资料进行分析。结果治疗后出院时GOS评分:恢复良好9例,轻残10例,重残3例,植物生存1例,死亡2例。结论针对老年人的特殊情况,治疗时一定要权衡利弊,多方面地去考虑问题。及时采取相应的措施,增加患者存活率,减少并发症,改善预后。Objective To explore clinical characteristics and treatment of traumatic cerebral infarction of senior.MethodClinical data of 25 senior patients with traumatic cerebral infarction were analyzed.ResultsAfter therapy,there were 9 cases with good recovery with GOS rating,10 with cases light disablity,3 cases with heavy disability,1 case with vegetative state and 2 cases died.ConclusionAccording to the special conditions of the senior,we must take corresponding measures to increase the survival rate of the patients,and to reduce the complications and improve the prognosis.
