摘　　要：本文在我国２０ 世纪海水（ 含苦卤） 化学资源综合利用技术研究与开发的基础上，对２１ 世纪如何更好地发展作了详细的论述，为２１ 世纪海水化学资源综合利用的发展指明了方向。On the basis of the research and development of comprehensive utilization techique of seawater Chemical resources, the research and developments of the 21st century are discussed in detail and the development direction is pointed out.
