摘　　要：目的:研究Her2和Ki-67在乳腺癌中的表达与淋巴结转移、病理类型、组织学分级及肿瘤分期等的关系和临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测乳腺癌59例中Her2和Ki-67的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果:乳腺癌59例中Her2和Ki-67的阳性表达率分别为76.3%和64.4%。两者表达在患者年龄、肿瘤大小、组织病理学类型及组织学分级之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而Her2和Ki-67表达在有无淋巴结转移和肿瘤分期间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Her2与Ki-67表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Her2和Ki-67是判断乳腺癌预后的重要指标,联合检测更有助于乳腺癌患者的临床治疗和预后判断。Objective：To investigate the expression of Her2 and Ki-67 in breast cancer tissues and to explore their relationship with patients＇ age,tumor size,lymph node metastasis,histopathological type,histology classification and the stage of cancer.Methods：The expression of Her2 and Ki-67 in 59 cases of breast cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and the clinical significance were statistically analyzed.Results：The positive expression rate of Her2 and Ki-67 in 59 cases of breast cancer tissues were 76.3% and 64.4%.The expression of Her2 and Ki-67 was not correlated to patients＇ age,tumor size,histopathological type and histology classification（P0.05）.The expression of Her2 and Ki-67 was correlated to patients＇ lymph node metastasis and the stage of cancer（P0.05）.The expression of Ki-67 was correlated to the expression of Ki-67（P0.05）.Conclusion：Her2 and Ki-67 positive expression was poor prognosis factors for breast cancer patients.Combined detection of Her2 and Ki-67 may be helpful to clinical treatment and prediction of prognosis for breast cancer patients.
