不同分期肺癌患者肿瘤标记物检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨肺癌患者肿瘤标记物水平与肺癌分期的相关性。方法:对纳入中晚期肺癌患者的癌症分期进行诊断,采用电化学发光分析法对48名中晚期肺癌患者肿瘤标记物水平CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1和CA125水平进行测定。分析肺癌分期与CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1和CA125水平的相关性。结果:中晚期癌症患者血清肿瘤标记物水平与正常对照组在统计学上有显著性差异(P<0.01)。不同肺癌分期的肿瘤标记物水平不同(P<0.01)。相关性分析结果显示肺癌分级与CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1和CA125水平正相关(P<0.05)。结论:肺癌患者肿瘤标记物水平和肺癌分期显著相关,可作为诊断肺癌分期的辅助指标。Objective：To research the correlation between serum tumor markers levels and stagging of lung cancer in patients with terminal lung cancer.Methods：Staging of 48 patients with terminal lung cancer were diagnosed.The serum tumor markers levels of CEA,NSE,CYFRA21-1 and CA125 were determined,and analyzed the correlation between serum tumor markers levels and lung cancer in patients with terminal lung cancer.Results：The serum tumor markers levels were significantly different between patients with terminal lung cancer and control volunteers（P0.01）.The serum tumor markers levels were significantly different in patients with terminal lung cancer with different staging（P0.05 or P0.01）.CEA,NSE,CYFRA21-1 and CA125 were positively correlated to staging of lung cancer（P0.05）.Conclusion：Serum tumor markers levels are correlated to staging of lung cancer,and can be used as supplementary indicators to staging of lung cancer.
