县域农村居民点用地集约利用评价研究——以南县为例

摘　　要：以南县乡镇为评价单元,从投入强度、利用程度、利用效率3个层面构建评价指标体系,采用因子分析法确定指标权重,综合指数法计算南县各乡镇的农村居民点用地集约度,并进行农村居民点用地集约利用分析评价,以期为南县农村居民点用地集约利用和持续发展提供政策依据。With the towns in Nanxian County as the evaluation units,the evaluation index system was established from the investment intensity,utilization degree and utilization efficiency,and the factor analysis method was adopted to determine the weight of each index,and the intensive use degree of the rural residential lands in each town of Nanxian County was calculated by composite index method,and at last the intensive use efficiency was evaluated,aiming to provide politics basis for the intensive use and sustainable development of rural residential lands in Nanxian County.
