摘 要:目的探讨营养指导对哺乳期妇女膳食营养状况的影响。方法采用营养流行病学研究方法,随机选取有意向母乳喂养的年龄2434岁健康产妇志愿者128名为对象,分为营养指导组和非营养指导组,分别于产后1、3个月时由专人入户访问,以问卷调查形式对其进行营养知识和24h膳食营养摄入情况的调查。结果营养指导组其营养知识得分由营养干预前的(23.46±0.91)分提高到(27.72±0.73)分,并明显高于非营养指导组(22.32±0.67)分,2组得分差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);与非营养指导组比较,营养干预组能量和微量营养素摄入量满足膳食营养素参考摄入量(DRIs)70%以下者明显减少,满足DRIs90%者增多,2组比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论营养干预可以明显提高哺乳期妇女的营养知识水平,改善其膳食营养行为。Objective To explore the effect of nutrition guidance on the dietary nutritional status of lactating women and seek for the key point to improve the dietary nutrition of lactating women.Methods Nutrition-epidemiology study was conducted,the healthy objects who intended to maternal breast-fed were recruited.The objects were divided into the nutrition guidance group and non-nutrition guidance group.The study was done with participation of 128 women,aged 2434 years.The information about nutrition knowledge and 24-hour food intake was collected using questionnaire.All above-mentioned was performed again at the month of 3 after delivery by the follow-up investigation.Results In the nutrition guidance group,the score of nutrition knowledge increased from(23.46±0.91)to(27.72±0.73)and was significantly higher than that of non-nutrition guidance group(22.32±0.67,P〈0.05).At the month of 3 after delivery,the intake of energy and micro-nutrition exceeded to the 90% recommended intakes in the nutrition guidance group,there was statistically significantly different as compared to non-nutrition guidance group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Nutrition intervention can obviously enhance the level of nutrition knowledge of lactating women,which is an effective way to improve the dietary nutrition behavior and achieve rational nutrition.
