摘　　要：从礼仪的道德本质和精神实质角度,认为当代图书馆员需要文明礼仪。当代图书馆员文明礼仪建设的意义在于传承优秀历史文化,提升馆员职业形象;提升馆员职业道德素质;构建和谐图书馆;回归以人为本的价值取向。From the etiquette nature and essence of the moral point of view, the author discusses that contemporary librarians need the civilized etiquette. The significance of contemporary librarian etiquette construction lies in inheriting excellent historical culture and improving librarian professional image, promoting professional morality for librarian, constructing a harmonious library and insisting in people-based value orientation.
