摘 要:针对渤海绥中 361 油田注水井堵塞的问题,研制了 B R J9604 解堵剂,给出了其主要技术指标,介绍了该解堵剂在绥中361 油田 A8 井的现场应用试验情况。试验结果表明, B R J9604 可以有效地解除注水井近井地带的堵塞,使吸水指数明显增加。The blockages in near borehole zone lead to decreasing injectivity of water injection wells at offshore Oil Field SZ36 1, Bohai. These blockages are created by precipitations of both inorganic(CaCO 3, CaSO 4, corrosion products and sands) and organic origin(resin asphaltenes, wax, oil emulsion and oils). To remove such precipitates, an O/W emulsion type blockage relieving agent, BRJ9604, is developed. BRJ9604 is composed of commercial mixed benzene fraction as oil phase and inorganic scale converting agent, corrosion inhibitor, and clay stabilizer, etc in aqueous phase with nonionic surfactants as emulsifier. The results of laboratory performance evaluation and successful field test in well A8 for BRJ9604 are presented.
