摘　　要：高校体育课教学是学校教育的重要组成部分.体育课在整个高校教学中也占有一定的重要地位,它本身也具有实施身体素质教育的明显效果和承担着全面实施素质教育的任务.College physical education class teaching is an important part of school education.Physical education class also occupies a very important position in whole process of college teaching.Itself also has a significant effect on the implementation of physical quality education and undertakes the task of full implementation of quality education.
