有机酸血症患儿母亲心理状况及压力源的调查

摘　　要：目的了解有机酸血症患儿母亲的心理状况和心理压力的主要来源。方法将29名有机酸血症患儿母亲与常见轻度急性病患儿母亲进行1:1配对,采用简式心境状态量表对其心理状况进行评价,并应用心理压力源问卷调查有机酸血症患儿母亲的心理压力源。结果有机酸血症患儿母亲的消极情绪(紧张、愤怒、疲劳、抑郁、慌乱)得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);有机酸血症患儿母亲的情绪纷乱总分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。心理压力源主要是孩子发展、疾病方面和经济等方面;影响情绪纷乱的相关因素主要是来自家庭方面、孩子发展、母亲角色、诊疗过程及疾病方面的压力源及患儿病程。结论有机酸血症患儿母亲有较多的消极情绪,医护人员应重视其心理状况,积极采取适当的措施缓解其消极情绪。Objective To investigate the psychological status and stressors in organic acidemia children＇s mothers. Methods Twenty -nine mothers of organic acidemia children and 29 mothers of common acute mild disease children were investigated with Profile of Mood State （POMS）. Moreover,the stressors were in- vestigated in the 29 mothers of organic acidemia children with a self - designed questionnaire. Results The scores of negative mood,including strain,wrath, fatigue, depression and fluster,in the observe group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The score of total mood disturbance （TMD） in the observe group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The main stressors of the organic acidemia children＇s mothers were from the development of children,the disease aspects and economic issues. Stress from the aspect of family, the development of children, the role of mother, the process of diagnosis and treatment,as well as the history of children＇s illness were correlated factors of TMD. Conclusions Negative emotions are prevalent in the mothers of children with organic acidemia. Medical staff should pay close attention to their psychology status and take the proper measures to relieve their negative mood.
