经角膜隧道切口前房冲洗术治疗外伤性前房积血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨角膜隧道切口前房冲洗术治疗创伤性前房积血的疗效和临床价值。方法对我院自2005年1月至2010年6月收治27例严重创伤性前房积血患者行角膜隧道切口前房冲洗术。观察术中并发症,术后视力,眼压。结果 27例均一次清除完前房积血,无术中并发症,术中虹膜无脱出。术后随访6月,矫正视力0.8以上者7例,0.3-0.8者16例,0.05-0.3有4例,23例低于21mmHg。结论角膜隧道切口前房冲洗术操作简单,手术损伤小,是安全有效的手术方法。Objective To determine the effect of anterior chamber lavage through corneal tunnel incision in treating traumatic hyphema. Methods Between January 2005 and June 2010, 27 patients with severe traumatic hyphema underwent anterior chamber lavage through corneal tunnel incision. The intraoperative complications , postoperative visual acuity and intraocular pressure was recorded. Results Anterior chamber lavage in all patients was performed successfully one time. No intraoperative complications occurred. The visual acuity was less than 0.8 in 7 patients, 0.3~0.8 in 16 patients, 0.05~0.3 in 4 patients, and intraocular pressure was lower than 21mmHg in 23 patients, 6 months postoperatively. Conclusions Anterior chamber lavage through corneal tunnel incision is simple, safe, effective and minimally invasive.
