摘　　要：本文主要探讨了不同碳源、氮源对枯草芽孢杆菌K37生长的影响，采用正交试验法优化了培养基的组成。结果表明：优化后枯草芽孢杆菌K37的活菌数能达到2．65×10^9 CFU／mL。The effects of carton sources, nitrogen sources on the growth of strain K37 were studied in this paper. Compositions of culture media were optimized by orthogonal design. The resuits showed that under the optimized condition the microbe number of K37 could reach 2.65 ×10^9CFU/mL.
